- anyone is eligible for nomination
- anyone can nominate as many candidates as they wish
- more than one employee of the same company can be nominated,
however, no more than one employee amy serve on the VRB from
any one company
- there will be 1-2 year terms, with one election per year, and
there will be no term limit

continuity, we will nominate the following four former VAG members as
candidates for the first election of the VRB: Gavin Bell, Brian Blau,
Jan Hardenbergh, and Tom Meyer.

Development of the VRML Consortium is the next important task the
VRML community must tackle, and we look forward to our continuing
involvement with this community.
